Dictesca — Spanish & Catalan Multilingual Dictionary

By downloading, installing, or using the Dictesca mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is provided by Eternity Cat, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Dictesca is a multilingual dictionary application for iOS and Android that provides Spanish and Catalan translations across multiple language pairs, including English, French, German, Italian, and Russian. Features include bidirectional translation, audio pronunciation, usage examples, verb conjugation tables, favorites, and offline mode.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
The App is available for a one-time purchase price as listed on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Optional in-app donations are available to support the project. All purchases and donations are processed by the respective app store platform. Refund policies are governed by the terms of Apple or Google, as applicable.
The dictionary data provided in the App is compiled from publicly available sources, including Wiktionary. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations, definitions, conjugations, or other linguistic data are error-free or complete. The App is intended as a language-learning and reference tool and should not be relied upon for professional translation, legal, medical, or other specialized purposes.
The App, including its design, code, user interface, and original content, is the property of Eternity Cat, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Dictionary definitions sourced from Wiktionary are used in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licenses (CC BY-SA 3.0 and CC BY-SA 4.0). All other trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternity Cat, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on the app store listing with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
